口腔角質(zhì)細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)基是專門為正常人類口腔角化細(xì)胞體外培養(yǎng)設(shè)計(jì)的*適于其生長(zhǎng)的培養(yǎng)基。無(wú)血清培養(yǎng)基是無(wú)菌的、液體培養(yǎng)基,包含必需和非必需氨基、維生素、有機(jī)和無(wú)機(jī)化合物、激素、生長(zhǎng)因子、微量礦物質(zhì)。該培養(yǎng)基不含血清。該培養(yǎng)基含碳酸氫鹽緩沖體系,在5%二氧化碳/95%空氣培養(yǎng)箱中平衡時(shí)PH值為7.4。該培養(yǎng)基在數(shù)量上和質(zhì)量上都保證*理想的營(yíng)養(yǎng)平衡狀態(tài),選擇性促進(jìn)體外正常人類神經(jīng)元的生長(zhǎng)。
口腔角化細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)基包含500 ml基礎(chǔ)培養(yǎng)基,5 ml口腔角化細(xì)胞生長(zhǎng)添加物,(OKGS,目錄編號(hào)2652)和5 ml青霉素/鏈霉素溶液(P/S,目錄編號(hào)0503)。注意:由于生長(zhǎng)因子中的BPE,脂蛋白的形成可導(dǎo)致出現(xiàn)沉淀,出現(xiàn)多種顏色。
